The Vatican area is a mile away, about a 15-20 minute walk or a short bus ride. The apartment is situated in a quiet and elegant residential neighborhood with palazzos built in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. There are charming little food shops and open markets in the area. Traffic is mainly local, therefore rendering the area safe and quiet.
